MORE REASONS TO EAT RAW

According to yoga, the world is a cornucopia of possibilities that run the gamut from the base to the subtle, and marvelous beauty awaits those who are willing to look beyond the world of the apparent. This was true thousands of years ago for the ancient yogi's and it is true now. There are no absolutes but the wise person does what he can to solve the great mysteries and comes to the realization that we are the experiment and the apparatus that we use to seek the sublime is our awareness which must be refined accordingly.

Our evolutionary path calls upon us to live at higher frequencies. Diet is not the answer alone but for best results on the path of self-improvement, it can't be ignored. Some make diet their religion, but of course in our quest for answers, we must take everything into account.

It has been said that it takes 40 days to create/break a habit. We feel that it is possible to create a new habit in just a few days. If you can change your eating habits for less than a week you can create a whole new momentum. The results are so immediate that this more positive lifestyle becomes addictive.

Cooking or otherwise processing food creates new substances that the body doesn't readily recognize as food. Precious enzymes are sent to try and deal with this toxic load. The body tries to figure out how to handel and where to store the residue of what it cannot use. Needless to say, not only is this exhausting for our organs, but all this hard work going on internally leaves no energy for the rest of us! The mind beomes foggy, the skin, eyes and hair sallow and dull.

When you give your body a break from all this work it quickly lets you know how happy it is with a new burst of energy, a happier outlook and a clearer mind. It is a synergistic effect. Our bodies are designed for continual renewal, fresh cells continually replace old ones. When we eat live, raw food cellular integrity is maintained and we can blossom even more beautiful than before. You can absolutely look even better at 45 then you did at 25

Most people who believe they have a healthy diet are really only just eating less unhealthy than they did before. This is only an interim step. For instance when we shop at Whole Foods we're often amazed at what people have in t heir carts: chips, processed food, food high in sugar and carbs, basically "health food," versions of traditional junk food. Everyone needs their comfort food and treats once in while, but bottom line, if you want to look better, you have to eat better and good health will comfort you better as time goes on than any bag of chips will now.
